When I first sent it the guy told me it was going to be 550$ because of how long it would take to print. So i broke up the pieces and just super glued them together instead. This made the part cost 25$ BIG difference.
AUSSIE OYE AUSSIE OYE AUSSIE OYE OYE OYE
So on Wen night we went to ANZ stadium to see the world cup qualifier between OZ and Uzbekistan. There was something like 53k people at the game the crowd was very fired up and had a lot of energy. The stadium still looked empty thought. There as a whole section they didn't fill. It was 30k short of what it could hold but at least they are using the Olympic park for something. You can see the empty section in the upper bowl.
The game was very exciting lots of shoots on goal and clean play for the most part. OZ ended up winning 2 nothing. In the last 4 min Uzbekistan scored but offside was call so it didn't count. After the game was over some Aussie decided they were so happy they need to light the stadium on fire.
This was put out pretty quick but was really funny because no one try that in the states. You would instantly be branded a terrorist and never seen again. The tickets are only 30$ to the game and include public transport to and from central station which i thought was really cool. I live like 4 blocks from central so that makes it really easy.

On Sat we went to the Golden Slipper Races. This would be the equivalent of the Kentucky Derby. The place was packed!
The venue could barely hold everyone. We got a program and read up on some of the horses. Got some drinks and found a spot by the fence. And placed our bets. Luke came out the best of the two of us up 55$ I cam out even. All the race were so close. At the last 50 meters everyone was holding there breath because it was still all up in the air.
So many times did the winner lose is place in the last 50 meters. So we kept making place bets because they were safer. When it came to bring in the Golden Slipper there was a helicopter that air dropped it off.
This was odd you would of thought like a big train of people or something not a helicopter dropping it of but who knows what Aussies do.
