I still dont get why

So this week was slow!

The school week I did a lot of school work seeing it is crunch time this point in the year. I have less then three weeks left then two weeks before my finals. I am done with school on the 16th of June!
The only other big event this week was one of my friends Luke had his 21st Bday which for some reason even here is still big. We went out at midnight like just like in the states and then the next night his bday for dinner and had cake and all the normal stuff. I do not get why the celebrate 21st bdays here. On Friday one of my Aussie friends invited me out to a co workers 21st bday also. She is a Aussie and never lived in the states. They even have signs about throwing your 21st bday at bars. I also had a homemade meatpie. That was intresting seeing it wasnt a standard one and was a chicken and leek pie. It was really good. Other then that nothing has happend this week I am all alone at my Apt because everyone went on a trip to Fraser island and I had work to do and couldnt skip my monday class. So I have hit the books hard this weekend and my brain kinda hurts.
